    Good tip. I am in the habit of hitting the hot tub after golf. Sounds like I should switch up and get in before, and then maybe ice after wards. I have many sore spots: back, both feet and ankles, left wrist, knees (especially the right one), right hip (maybe bursitis according to my orthopedic surgeon who fused my left ankle). I will also focus on the key message here: active stretches before; static after. Thanks.
