    How do those hop n tap exercises translate into improved golf footwork?

    Same as above – You make a conclusion that does not translate into using your exercise into striking the golf ball. It sounds nice ……. but how exactly. What are the mechanics behind this to improve my swing and/or impact?

    I have had knee replacements. Will these be OK to do and not hurt my knees.
