Good info. Two score lines, are you referring to the lines on the tape or grooves in clubface? A close-up image wold have helped the description

      BA,

The grooves of the club face is what we measure. If you have face tape you can put it on the face of your iron and then take a tee and run it along the bottom two score lines. This will give you a good indication of where you are making impact relative to the ideal location for striking the iron.

I think what you are explaining is pretty common knowledge, how to teach yourself how to do it is the problem.

Hi Angus, this is another Angus, you are so right, most of us know what we should be doing, but getting your body to do it is another matter, especially when you get older
