    Great all around videos and have helped, not only this video but all of them. Today 294 yds reached today on a par 5 and then front edge just off putting surface on a par 4. Oh, missed Eagle, made birdie on both.

    Does the speed stick come with the stretching device? I did not see that in the package. Where does the “whip” stick come from?

    Thank you how many reps per week should you do for both drills and when should you expect to see distance gains using the misig along with speed stick drills best of luck. Benjamin

    Really like the Misig and your viedos. Have been working with the Red Band and Aliment stick daily. Question How many reps per week should I be doing and what is a normal expectation since I do the drills correctly to begin to see results in club head speed and yardage gains.       Thanks Benjamin, the amount of reps per week varies per person but I would treat it like any other type of workout where you’re letting your muscles enough time to recover between workouts.

      The club head speed and yardage gains vary as well but you should see something within about a month if you’re following through on all the routines. It’s definitely a process to gain extra yardage. Good luck and keep us informed of your progress!
