Hey Quite The Chap here for GolfersRX. I’m going to apologize beforehand, I’ve made so many videos about not swaying…and I think I do it for my own sake…because I still find myself swaying during my swing. So please bear with me, one more time. Don’t sway.
You can chunk it. You can thin it. Just by moving from here to here. Or here to here. It doesn’t take much, especially if your hand-eye coordination is waining. Like mine.
What you want feel in your body, it posting up, or loading your back leg. You want to feel the power from your back swing building in your back leg. Then you can unload it leveraging the ground.
Using the Balance Rod, you’re going to be able to develop that feeling of loading your back leg. Lay it down perpendicular to your target and place the outside of your back foot on it. You’re creating a wedge which is going to help you store that power instead of losing it by swaying back.
Store it, then release it.
