    What are some good exercises to protect or improve a rotator cuff tear. What exercises can you do to protect wrist pain.

      Hi Jorge,
      You can’t fix or improve a rotator cuff tear with stretching or exercise. Stretching would only make it worse. If you are in pain in your shoulder or wrist, you need to consult a doctor or physical therapist to find the root of the problem before you start on a stretching or exercise program.

    mark, I love your videos. They are very helpful and informative. I’m 67, in pretty good shape, but have had total knee replacement. Could you recommend some exercises that would increase explosiveness that don’t involve jumping. Jumping isn’t a viable option after knee replacement.
