    What exercises would you do for an a c 1 impingement to a right shoulder and being a right handed golfer

    Hi there, what would you recommend for a person whose had both hip replacements?

      Hi Bob,

      This is what Mark passed along,

      Anything that doesn’t cross the knee across the center line. Past a year or more post-op, this is less of a concern as long as you are mobile. We actually touched on some great stretches for people with hip replacements in a previous video: https://youtu.be/dg4jhxlfC3U

    Im a right-handed golfer who Underwent a left hip replacement for approximately four years ago as well as had three left knee arthroscopy’s and a total left shoulder reconstruction ac revision. Needless to say I have trouble getting over to my left side and also I am not as limber as I used to be. What exercises would you recommend to loosen up before around. I went from a nine handicap to a 19 handicap in the matter of two years.

    Thanx for these upper body stretches, Mark. You Rock!!!! I’ve been having some shoulder issues with my 65 yr old body and these definitley help. Having to work into them slowly but making a big difference already!
