I want to share a simple technique that the Navy Seals are implementing into their training. It’s also being used by top entrepreneurs and elite athletes around the world.  And we all saw Phil Mickelson use golf breathing to win the 2021 PGA Championship.

It takes your mind off the immediate situation and forces you to focus on your breath, your Golf Breathing. It brings you into the present moment.
