Add The High Chip Shot To Your Arsenal

Adding the high chip shot to your arsenal around the greens will allow you to save more pars and capture more birdies.

Using your creativity around the greens is key to shaving strokes off your game. Having confidence in that same creativity is a different story. Mr. Short Game helps us get out of the rough and onto the green with a high chip shot.

High Chip Shot

This shot is great when we’ve short-sided ourselves. Have to contend with a bunker. Or fly the ball to a little shelf the pin is sitting on. Take these tips to your nearest short-game area and hit the course with more confidence around the greens.

Should you open the club-face for fluffy lies too? It seems for fluffy lies you may wind up going under the ball leaving it short.
