    Matt, This makes total sense. Instructors tell you to use your lower body but, do not give your the necessary anatomical
    and physical exercises to do so. Thanks I am going to work on this.

    I LOVE this drill and it will help anyone with a static &non-athletic swing……….me!

    This is the same drill that I learned when I was taking ski lessons 65 years ago. The instructor would say Down (squat down), Up (push up), and Swing around. It worked.

    Matt, that looks like an awfully small green. I doubt I could get 1 out of 10 on the green from there!
