    Hi Mark

Do you have any suggestion for a 65 year old golfer whose hamstrings are so tight that the first recovery exercise with legs spread is currently impossible except almost lying supine?

    Many thanks for any help.

    Thanks Mark.
I have neck issues and the neck exercise you demonstrated with the foam roller is ideal for my neck and upper back.
The buttock exercise is also good for my body.
