Mark shares multiple variations using a 6lb. medicine ball, dumbbell or no aid at all. Each option will improve stability and rotation through the spine and help you get into the golf swing address position more easily.
Your videos are terrific. I just wish you’d make them printable so I can use that as a reference instead of having to constantly go back to my computer.
