The Sun Salutation, is a series of moves performed in a sequence to create a flow which can with flexibility and mobility. Each pose coordinates with your breathing: Inhale to extend, and exhale to bend.
These movements will:
– Help you relax the body with the breath
– Create more flexibility
– Create better mobility
When using these movements, use your breath to dig deeper you DO NOT have to push yourself to go deeper. These movements allow you to move at your own pace — let your breath guide how quickly or slowly you go through these moves.
Start your day off with the Sun Salutation A or before a round of golf. Warm up your body, calm your mind.
