Sure-Set Tip — The Chicken Wing

Getting rid of that dreaded chicken wing in your golf swing is extremely simple and made even more simple with the help of the Sure Set. (Grab yours here: Sure Set Training Aid)

Get in your set up position with your butt barely touching a wall. Make your regular backswing and ensure that trailing elbow does not touch the wall on either the back swing or down swing.

This is going to encourage a compact swing that is going to produce consistency.

A ball between the elbows does a better job of dealing with a chicken wing.

Not fair, Colby! You have a bubble-butt, and I don’t! I’m flat against the wall, period!
