The ‘Running To The First Tee Warm-Up’

We’ve all been there: rushing to the first tee. We maybe have enough time to hit 5 balls. Roll a putt as we walk across the putting green to the first tee. Yeah, we can hear the tires screeching in the parking lot now.

The Golf Yogi will demonstrate half a dozen stretches to get you warmed up. You’ll be able to walk to the first tee collected and focused, and most importantly — in rhythm.

The biggest obstacle we face walking to the first tee, especially if we’re running late, is to collect ourselves, our breath, our focus, and put a nice solid swing on the tee.

These exercises may surprise you. They don’t require you to pound 25 balls in rapid succession but rather to slowly warm your body up.
