Basic Golf Stretches – Tip 2

Mark Williamson, The Golf Yogi, is back and he’s put together a brand new series called ‘Back to Basics’. The series is based on your feedback and requests for less advanced stretches to help your golf game.

    these look like something I need and should do, thanks. BTW, wearing black makes it more difficult to see your torso in the video.

    Awesomely simple, thanks…working on healing from herniated discs…any other suggestions to eliminate extra tension in the lower back area…?

    The stretches are very useful. Occasionally, you may be able to say “viewers” or “golfers” to those of us who are not guys.
