  • The Raffle runs monthly.
  • Entries are accepted throughout the month.
  • The winner is selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the previous month.
  • The drawing occurs on the first business calendar day of the new month.
  • Eligibility: Participants must provide a valid phone number and email address to be entered.

4. Winner Notification

  • The selected winner will be notified via email.
  • If the winner does not respond within [X days], an alternate winner may be selected.
  • By entering, participants consent to be contacted regarding the Raffle.

5. SMS & Email Communications

  • SMS: Participants will receive text messages related to the raffle and new golf news. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Email: Participants will receive emails related to the raffle and new golf news. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

6. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Request access to the personal information we collect.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell your data).
