Official Rules & Terms

Welcome to the GolfersRx Monthly Giveaway, (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Rhode Island.
We keep this simple: enter, have fun, and you might win a great pair of sunglasses. Below are the official details so everything is clear and fair.

How It Works
    •    Each month, we give away a pair of GolfersRx sunglasses.
    •    Enter by submitting your email and phone number through our official form.
    •    No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Who Can Enter
    •    You must be 18 years or older.
    •    You must provide a valid email address and phone number.
    •    Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Details
    •    One entry per person per monthly giveaway unless otherwise stated.
    •    Entries must be submitted through the official GolfersRx form.
    •    Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection
    •    One winner is selected at random each month.
    •    The drawing takes place on the first business day of the following month.

Winner Notification
    •    The winner will be contacted via email.
    •    If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.
    •    By entering, you agree that we may contact you regarding the giveaway.

The Prize
    •    One pair of GolfersRx sunglasses.
    •    Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    •    We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

    •    Email: Tips, product updates, and giveaway announcements. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Fair Play
By entering, you agree not to:
    •    Submit false or misleading information
    •    Attempt to game or manipulate the giveaway
    •    Use bots or automated entries
