Your Swing Still Has Some Yards in It.
A little mobility work can go a long way. Try two easy Golf Yogi drills for a fuller turn and more distance potential.
Follow along with The Golf Yogi—then try these moves before your next round.
Two Drills to Practice Before Your Next Round
1. Airplane Rotations
Take your golf stance and extend your arms outward. Rotate your upper body slowly back and through, keeping your lower body stable.
2. Lunge Rotations
From a stable lunge, stay tall and rotate your chest over your front leg. Focus on moving through your torso rather than just your arms.
Follow the demonstrations, move within a comfortable range, and prioritize controlled movement over speed.
