Overspeed Training – Lighter is Faster

We all want to hit the ball further, don't we? With overspeed training, we swing with clubs that are lighter than our drivers to get our body to move faster.

We all want to hit the ball further, don’t we? We all want to hear that sound of the ball coming off there face of the club like a canon! One of the biggest problems is that we try to swing harder instead of faster.

When we swing harder, we tend to get more tense and tight, yet when we swing faster, there is a looseness to it.

With overspeed training, we swing with clubs that are lighter than our drivers to get our body to move faster, to get our brain to react faster. With overspeed training we can gain an extra 20-30 yards by increasing our clubhead speed.

    Colby,

You are enjoyable – thank you – I listen to all of your stuff and sometimes it is great – other times – well – but all in all excellent.

I have found lighter grip — holding a baby chicken in your hands — will help relax your body and increase club speed.
