Mark Williamson is a retired professional golfer that played almost every mini tour in the country for 10+ years, earning four wins in that time. Mark started practicing yoga in 2003 during his second year playing professionally. The parallels of yoga and golf drew Mark to form his own unique method of Golf Fitness, combining yoga, stretching, body-weight exercises and balance drills, focusing solely on golf improvement. Thus, The Golf Yogi was born.
