Quiet Legs

Without being grounded and stable we lose or neglect our energy that can be delivered into the back of the ball. Watch today's prescription and learn how to add stability into your swing.

Many golfers think of the golf swing from the top down.

“Keep my head down”
“Keep my head still”
“Turn my back to the target”
“Smooth transition”
“Don’t get snatchy”

Well This creates a neglect for the bottom part of the swing. Our legs and feet!

Our legs and feet provide:

  1. stability to get thru the ball without falling on our face
  2. our energy reserve to create a powerful swing

Without being grounded and stable we lose or minimize the energy that can be delivered into the back of the ball.

Watch today’s prescription and learn how to add stability into your swing.

QTC is one of my favorite golf gurus…always a little something for the less than pro golfers. Thanks Colby. This tip and the ball under the back heel are two of the best easy tips you’ve put out.

Chap…I need a trigger or drill that causes me to start the downswing with my front hip-to ensure weight shift before my arms start down(to keep from coming over the top)…make sense?? DC
