I’m 67 and I just step up and hammer it…..Of course, then I get up off the ground and stretch as I walk after my 92 yard tee shank….

Always stretch. The golf swing is a hard action and you can pull back muscles. Jean

Most people forget that it is extremely important to warm up first, then stretch.

My biggest problem is the dreaded SLICE!
    Need to correct-currently i use a cobra 10.5 degrees OFF-SET DRIVER-this reduces the slice!

Anil…after 25 years of fade/slice I found a pro that finally has helped me. He had do a drill where I bring the club inside only to about knee level. I then come through and turn my wrists over. After a few swings I was hitting the ball as long as my full swing slice. The ball will go straight or sometimes left with topspin causing the ball to run much farther. I now use this drill off the tee as it stays in bounds and is further that my old full swing. You may say how is that possible? Watch Tony Finau on the PGA tour.
