66 yr. last 2 yr had multiple tweaks of lower back. After late fall started supervised physical therapy. Back stretches lead to hip stiffness with increase discomfort. Therapist said I needed to get mri for further observation. No significant observation I have aggressively increased my exercises on my own including flexors /periformis. Hip stiffness has greatly reduced. Still out of golf for 4 weeks Muscles on each side of spine are balky to twist movement such as golf swing follow through. Think I’m on right track, but concerned of underlying problem gets me back to golfing

I’ve had a total knee replacement, any worries about doing this or anything you recommend where kneeling can sometimes be hard?

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for all of your good work and suggestions. If you have hip replacements, is the runner’s lunge helpful or a concerning stretch? Thanks.
