Hey Mark. Great tips.As a physical therapist that also teaches golf fitness (Body Balance for Performance education) can I suggest you teach those 3 exercises in reverse order. In other words start with the ball rolling to warm up and get the juices flowing in the feet, then do the grabbing then finish with the stretching. Might get better benefit and be a little easier for most golfers, especially those that are very stiff to start or old guys like me! Keep up the good work and stay flexible!
