    I used this after back surgery in a PT class. I should still keep doing it it does help.

    Mark, what is the correct breathing sequence during the golf swing? Any differences with different clubs.

    Thanks for the info. I do the cat/cow but wasn’t sure what it worked on. Haven’t done the lunge for quite a while. Will have to start doing it again. I need all the help I can get.

    I watch these as much as possible, they are AWESOME!!!! I have a question, I had a knee replacement that went very badly. I am having difficulty kneeling, is there anything I can do to get this stretch done another way?

    I am 76 and I would need a life alert just to get back up from the floor. LOL!
    LOL! LOL! I do love golf and wish I would have been rich enough to have the time to play when I was young and flexible, and had coaches to get me to the next level. Maybe in my next life, what do you think.
