The Golf Yogi starts his day with some stretching every morning. Every golfer is different, so find the stretch you need; hips, hamstring, shoulders, backbends.

Meditation could be as simple as some deep breathes. The Golf Yogi shares the mantras that he uses. With more time in the morning, a longer, deeper meditation is ideal.
