Each golf yoga stretch pose coordinates with your breathing: Inhale to extend and exhale to bend.

These movements will:
– Help you relax the body with the breath
– Create more flexibility
– Create better mobility

When using these movements, use your breath to dig deeper you DO NOT have to push yourself to go deeper. These Golf Yoga workout movements allow you to move at your own pace — let your breath guide how quickly or slowly you go through these moves.
