    Mark – really like your videos, keep ’em coming!

    You said you “like to reach with the opposite hand,” but you demonstrated left hand down/left leg back! Which is it?

      I believe the focus is on the foot on the floor, so he was, in fact, doing it correctly.

    Hi, I am 70 – if I can do all these balances exercises without too much trouble, does it mean I do not need to worry about balance?

    Unfortunately, I was born with very flat feet and I’ve found that trying to balance myself on one foot is very challenging. Do you have anything that I might try to improve my balance with the limitation I’ve mentioned?

    I had to laugh watching these exercises. I’m 76, had one hip replaced 6 years ago have been told that the other one should be done soon! If I could do
