Basic Golf Stretches – Tip 2

Stretching for Golf before you play and after your round will improve your game.  Check out this new series called ‘Back to Basics.’ The series is based on feedback for some less advanced stretches to help your golf game.

    these look like something I need and should do, thanks. BTW, wearing black makes it more difficult to see your torso in the video.

    Awesomely simple, thanks…working on healing from herniated discs…any other suggestions to eliminate extra tension in the lower back area…?

    The stretches are very useful. Occasionally, you may be able to say “viewers” or “golfers” to those of us who are not guys.
